Located in the quiet village of Ruffside in County Durham, Mill is a cosy two bedroom cottage perfect for couples, small groups, or families. The cottage features a spacious living room, kitchen/diner, family bathroom, and on-site parking. The living area is bright and airy, with large frosted windows and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining area includes a large wooden table.

Both bedrooms in the cottage are located on the first floor and feature plush bedding for a great night's sleep. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC, and wash basin. Outside, there is a communal grassed area and a courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing during your visit.

Winnows Hill Farm is located in the remote village of Ruffside, surrounded by stone houses and delightful walks. The closest town, Consett, offers a vibrant atmosphere with attractions such as The Glass and Art Gallery, Derwent Reservoir, and a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Stocksfield train station is a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to Newcastle, Hexham, and Carlisle. The 773 bus route also travels through to Consett from Ruffside.

Guests have access to the full property, with keys accessed via a secure key safe. Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. Host & Stay requires guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 to cover up to £500.00 of accidental damage during their stay. The hosts are always available for guests to contact during their visit.
