Avelin cottage, located in County Durham, North of England, is a one-bedroom cottage with a new extension featuring an Infrared Sauna and dressing room. Situated in the beautiful Teesdale countryside, the cottage is about 1.5 miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage includes a bathroom with an extra-large shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV and DVD player, and outside patio area with two Summer Houses. Guests have access to a large lawn and plenty of parking, as well as a utility room with a washing machine.

The cottage features electric heating that is thermostatically controlled, with temperatures set at 18c during the day and 22c in the evening. The property also includes a drive for easy access in and out of the cottage. Nearby attractions include the Yorkshire Dales National Park and North Pennines, offering opportunities for hiking, horse riding, rafting, and sailing. Guests can also visit Eggleston Hall and Walworth Castle Birds of Prey for additional entertainment.

Although the cottage boasts many amenities, it is important to note that the hot tub is not available for use. Avelin cottage provides a peaceful retreat in a rural setting, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area while still being close to the amenities of Barnard Castle.
