The property features an open fire and a private pond stocked with roach & perch at the bottom of the garden, which guests can access at no extra cost. Hillfarm House offers a tranquil retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still being conveniently located near local amenities. Derry city is just a 10-minute drive away, and the City of Derry Airport is a 15-minute drive from the cottage.

Guests can easily explore the surrounding areas, including Derry City, Faughan Valley, the Giants Causeway, Donegal, and the Sperrin Mountains, as the cottage is just three minutes drive from the A6, the main Derry-Belfast road. Additionally, guests can book Indian head massages or Reflexology in advance for an extra cost. A cash damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay. Stag or Hen parties, formal after parties, and pets are not allowed at Hillfarm House.
