The cottage is conveniently located, with Derry city a 10-minute drive away and the City of Derry Airport just 15 minutes away. It is also close to the A6, the main Derry-Belfast road, making it an ideal base for exploring Derry City, Faughan Valley, the Giants Causeway, Donegal, and the Sperrin Mountains. However, the property does not allow Stag/Hen/School formal/Party groups, and a £200 cash refundable damage deposit may be required upon arrival.
