House rules include no early arrivals, respecting the property, smoking outside only, and well-behaved dogs allowed with prior arrangement. Maximum of 8 guests, no overnight guests, and no charging of electric vehicles from the house mains. Nearest public charging points are provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure, making up beds on arrival, and stripping linen before leaving. Beach and pet towels are not provided, and guests must bring their own.
