The four bedrooms, all located on the first floor, offer a range of sleeping arrangements, including double beds, a super king zip and link bed that can transform into twin single beds, a four-poster double bed, and three full-size single beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy the walled west-facing front garden, south-facing side garden, and patio area with wooden garden furniture for al fresco dining. A charcoal barbecue is also available for use during the warmer months.

Ta Mill House is close to Bodmin Moor with its standing stones, streams, woodland, and lakes, as well as the surfing beaches of the north coast, which are a 20-minute drive away. The property offers a range of activities, including a 9-hole pitch'n'putt course, a games room with table tennis and pool table, an outdoor play area for children, and a fully equipped gym. Guests can also hire a hot tub, swim spa, or wood-fired sauna for a touch of luxury during their stay. Travel cot and highchair are available on request, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome on the property.
