For an all round Cornish holiday, there really aren't too many better spots! Accommodation Ground Floor: Open plan Kitchen / dining / sitting room with sofa bed. Utility room, shower room. Double bedroom with 4'6 bed and ensuite twin bedroom. Second sitting room with sofa bed. First Floor: Double bedroom with 4'6 bed, twin room and single bedroom. A separate family bathroom with over bath shower and a further separate shower room. The stairs to the first floor are steep; there is no stair gate at the property but you are welcome to bring your own. Exterior: Patio with steps leading to a lawned enclosed garden with external furniture and BBQ (charcoal not provided). Facilities & Services Heating is via oil fired central heating. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric range cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
