From Moonrakers the beach is 1100 yards and the golf club is only a couple of minutes' walk. The grocery store is well equipped but the house is also only a mile from St. Merryn, a bustling village with pubs, restaurants (one with a Michelin star), post office, shops and filling station and three or four miles from the picturesque fishing port of Padstow. The rooms are light and spacious; the property is built on two levels in a very peaceful location and the rear benefits from any sunshine for all of the day as it is south-facing. Lawned gardens with mature shrubs complete the picture.
