This Georgian property sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, including two super kings, a double, and a twin bunk room. The ground floor of Woodleigh is ideal for entertaining, with a light-filled living room/diner and a recently renovated kitchen equipped with integrated appliances. A double bunk room is located on this floor, perfect for children. Outside, steps lead up to a beautiful tiered garden with sea views, offering a fantastic spot for outdoor dining with a Weber BBQ. The first floor houses three bedrooms, including a super king with an en-suite, a zip and link super king (which can be converted into twin beds), and a double room. A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower is also located on this floor.

Nestled in the village of Cawsand, Woodleigh is close to three beaches, shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it an ideal base for enjoying the seaside life. The property provides clean linen and towels, Wi-Fi, and allows one well-behaved pet for an additional fee. Woodleigh operates on a Saturday-Saturday changeover during the summer holidays and Friday-Friday from September. Short stays are available between October and April, excluding school holidays. A refundable security deposit of £300 is required, and check-in is at 4pm with checkout at 10am.
