Whitestones is a great holiday home for up to 8 people. A short walk down to the main harbour area of St Mawes, this superb property offers very comfortable accommodation. The patio deck area offers good views across to the Bohella side of St Mawes. It is a very convenient house to stay in St Mawes and offers good parking for 2 vehicles on a private driveway. The sitting room area has the benefit of a wood burning stove to keep things cosy during the colder months of the year. The house itself is in reverse style with the spacious living area on the first floor. The living space is open plan but split clearly into the kitchen area, the dining area and a relaxing sitting room. The sitting room area comprises 2 large three seater sofas and 2 easy chairs. The large dining table can easily accommodate a large group around it. On the lower ground floor, there are 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is an additional separate family bathroom and shower room. Accommodation Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burning stove. Entrance hall with utility area & separate WC. There is access on to the deck area from the kitchen. Lower Ground Floor: Master bedroom with king sized double bed & TV and en-suite shower room & WC. Double bedroom with a king sized double bed.
