The ground floor of Waterfront House is home to a spacious and bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining room, with a delightful wood-burning stove as a warming centrepiece in the sitting area and three sets of doors leading out to the rear terrace with stunning views.

Also in the sitting area is a double sofa bed which can sleep two guests and a TV for entertainment. The dining space has a large table to seat eight, and the kitchen is superbly equipped with essential self-catering appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

Also located on the ground floor are additional conveniences like a cloakroom with a WC and a utility room containing a handy washing machine.

Up on the first floor are the property's three bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a large en-suite shower room with double shower, and access to a Juliet balcony which overlooks the river. The second bedroom has a double bed and also offers stunning views across the water, and the third is a twin bedroom with two single beds. There's also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

With such a spectacular setting, you won't want to spend all your time indoors, so for those sunny days there's also an outside seating area with marina views which comes complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for your use.
