Just a two-minute walk to the beach and car park, this property is perfectly situated for a seaside getaway.

The ground floor features a shower room with a WC, a bedroom with a 5ft zip and link bed, and an open plan living/kitchen and dining space with access to an enclosed patio. The first floor includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a double bedroom, and a bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with a WC, bath, and overhead shower.

In the local area, all village amenities are within a couple of minutes walk, and Kingsand and Cawsand offer three small beaches. Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and Antony House are a short drive away, while Whitsand Bay, 2 miles away, boasts a long stretch of sand and rocks. A summer passenger ferry operates from Cawsand Beach across the Sound landing at the Plymouth Barbican.

Please note that this property does not accept dogs, and a returnable security deposit of £200 is required. The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
