The accommodation is spread over three floors, with two double en-suite bedrooms downstairs, a mezzanine level with a second double bedroom and main family bathroom, and an upper floor bedroom with flexible bed options. The kitchen is fully equipped, opening onto a dining area and balcony with sea views. The galleried lounge features a 50" HD Smart TV and opens onto a covered terrace. Outside, there are various seating areas, a BBQ, and a Summerhouse with children's games.
Highgrove Waves is accessed via a steep drive with parking for one car at the top and additional roadside parking. The property is well-equipped for cooking, outdoor dining, indoor games, and beach activities, with a high chair and travel cot available for families with young children. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but caution is advised due to high elevations and steep areas on the property.
