Spring Tide is a beautiful four-bedroom beach house located in Porthtowan, Cornwall, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is elegantly furnished with coastal-themed decor and features a modern kitchen with amenities such as an electric oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The spacious dining area can seat up to eight guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The sitting room offers a cosy space to relax, and a wet room is available on the first floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, one with twin single beds, one with a double bed, and one with bunk beds perfect for children. A family bathroom with a bath is also located on this floor. Outside, an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue provides a space to enjoy the outdoors. An outdoor shower and surf store are also available for beach equipment needs.

The property is just a short walk from the sandy beach and is conveniently located near the villages of Portreath and St Agnes. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
