Outside, there is a large decked seating area with a BBQ, fire pit, den, tree house, sandpit, and trampoline. The cottage also has a large garden with a veg patch and chickens to look after. Central Exeter is only 2 miles away, with several beaches within half an hour and Dartmoor National Park just 15 minutes away.
