This property has plentiful charm, with the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor having lots of traditional appeal with its flagstone floor and inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove, but without missing out on modern conveniences like the underfloor heating. The well equipped kitchen offers all your self-catering appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

You can cuddle up in the snug, which has a warming open fire, a TV, and a sofa which converts into a double bed for two additional guests. A contemporary extension area adds plenty of modern style, and contains a study which overlooks a sedum roof and leads to a lovely bright sitting room with comfortable furniture, a TV, and a wood-burning stove. Sliding doors lead from here into the garden.

The ground floor also has a handy utility room with washer/dryer, as well as a cloakroom with a WC.

On the first floor you'll find the cottages bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms with king-size beds (one with en-suite shower room) and the other with twin single beds. Also up here is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

On sunny days you'll want to make full use of the mature gardens which feature a patio and a barbecue for your use, as well as plenty of garden furniture and a summerhouse with a table tennis table to enjoy.
