The ground floor of Puffin Way provides a range of different spaces to relax. The sitting room has a large TV for entertainment and an electric stove fire to warm yourself by, as well as enjoying direct garden access. The breakfast kitchen has a table and chairs at which to enjoy the most important meal of the day, and is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, handy dishwasher, and even a TV to keep you entertained, and for more formal dining there's a dining room with a table to seat eight.

Also on the ground floor are the added amenities of a utility room, containing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a cloakroom with a WC.

Upstairs you'll find the property's four comfortable bedrooms, including two with king-size beds (one of which has an en-suite shower room), one with twin single beds, and one with a bunk bed. The family bathroom contains a bath and separate shower.

There's also plenty of outside space for enjoying the good weather, with a spacious, private patio garden with plenty of outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue and chiminea for your use.
