The house includes three double bedrooms, one single bedroom that converts to a twin with a pull-out bed, and three full bathrooms, including an en-suite to the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, and the lounge boasts a log burner while the dining room provides a cozy space for meals. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with terraces, a dining table, a gas BBQ, and a hot tub with a sea view.

Perched on a cliff side, the house offers stunning views and enjoys sunshine throughout the day due to its south west aspect. Guests have full access to the house and its facilities. However, the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility, as access is via a safe but steep path from the harbour level, followed by a flight of 14 steps to the main house level. Parking is available in the main village car park with one parking pass provided, and additional parking can be purchased from the machines in the car park. A quad bike luggage transfer service is available to transport luggage to the property, and an electric tram service runs from the car park to the village center during the summer months.

Minimum stay during peak seasons is generally 7 nights, but shorter breaks may be available upon request. The property does not accept 2-night bookings at any time of the year. Nearby attractions include the Old Guildhall Museum and Gaol, Fowey River Gallery, Lanhydrock, St. Catherine's Castle, Polperro Model Village, and Fowey Aquarium.
