The house is set above the Helford estuary, close to the village of Helford. The property features three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire. Additionally, there is a utility room and a games room with pull-out beds and a snooker table. Outside, there is off-road parking for six cars, a gravelled garden, lawned areas with terraces, a barbecue, and furniture, making it a wonderful holiday base.
The amenities at Penarvon House include underfloor heating throughout, individual thermostatic controls for each room, an open fire, electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Sky Sports and BT Sport, DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. One well-behaved dog is welcome, with additional dogs subject to a fee. The property does not allow smoking and has specific check-in and check-out times. The maximum party size is 8 individuals, including children and infants, and a refundable good housekeeping bond is required for bookings made after a certain date.
