Located in Fairlight, Cornwall in the South West of England, Hollyoak Sanctuary is a peaceful retreat that consists of three detached cottages surrounded by oak and holly trees. Set in 14 acres of private grounds, guests can enjoy shared facilities such as a hard tennis court, petanque court, and outdoor table tennis. The main accommodation features a modern kitchen/diner, two bedrooms (including a Master bedroom with an en-suite shower), two separate shower rooms, and a bathroom with a roll top cast iron bath. The second cottage offers a twin bedroom with an infra-red sauna room and a deep soaking Japanese bath tub, while the third cottage features a pyramid shaped bedroom with a queen size bed.

The central decking area connects all three cottages and includes a dining table, BBQ, and an outside shower cubicle. Surrounded by woodland enclosed by gates, Hollyoak Sanctuary provides a secure outdoor space for young children and pets. The car park can accommodate three cars and a maximum of eight guests, with well-behaved pets welcome on the property. The cancellation policy offers a 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date, a 50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

A damage deposit of GBP 200.00 is required, with a pre-authorization due 1 day after arrival and released 7 days after departure. Long-term rentals are welcome, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Monthly rates are based on 28 nights, with a 10% discount on 7-night bookings and a 20% discount on monthly rates. Located in Hastings, Hollyoak Sanctuary is near local landmarks such as Hastings Castle and Hastings Castle, as well as attractions like East Hill Lift and Shipwreck and Coastal Heritage Centre. Blue Reef Aquarium and West Hill Lift are also within reach for guests to explore.
