The first floor of Harbour Moorings boasts a spacious and light lounge with a Smart TV, as well as a reading area for relaxation. A small outside balcony provides a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The ground floor features a large open plan kitchen dining area, equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area includes a large table with seating for eight, a sofa, and a Smart TV. A WC with wash hand basin is also located on this floor.
The top floor of the property houses the master bedroom with stunning sea views, a king-sized bed, ample storage, and a Smart TV. A bunk bed room with sea glimpses and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC, and wash hand basin are also on this floor. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms with ample storage and a bathroom with a double shower, WC, and wash hand basin. The property also has access to St Eia Street via the kitchen, a small courtyard with a hosepipe and washing line for wetsuits, and off-site parking for one car.
Harbour Moorings provides Wifi, linen, and towels, and has gas central heating. The property has a Saturday changeover and offers flexible short breaks. Due to the traditional cottage layout, the stairs may not be suitable for all guests, and children should be supervised near them. Please note that the stairs are not suitable for a stairgate, and the parking space dimensions are 2.2m wide and 5.0m long.
