The property sleeps 8 people across 4 en suite bedrooms, with 2 Super Kingsize beds and 2 twin beds. The property also features a private hot tub and access to the UK's first artificial wave machine, the Flowrider, and a wakeboarding lake.

Families with young children are catered for with a travel cot, high chair, and stair gates provided. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a hot tub for guests to relax in. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at the property for an additional charge, and parking is available for 2 cars.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the resort complex, and the property is centrally heated with gas-fired heating. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
