On the ground floor, there is a twin room with bunk beds and a shower room, while upstairs, three double rooms are tastefully furnished with 32" flat screen TVs. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and patio doors leading to a shared balcony with magnificent views. A good-sized bathroom with a large corner bath completes the upper level. The property also includes full gas central heating, Wi-Fi access, and Free-sat, with all linen and towels provided except beach towels. The vacation home can be rented with the adjoining property Shoreside, allowing for a combined space for larger parties of up to 14 guests.

Guests can enjoy the 180-degree views over the quiet beach and Looe Bay from the property's decks, which also provide access to the beach. Outside storage is available for kayaks, and there is the option to connect the accommodation and decking areas with the adjoining property. The area offers various activities such as snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and cycling, making it an ideal location for a family vacation. Please note that mobile reception is poor in the area, with O2, Vodafone, and 3 being the best options for connectivity.
