Located near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this pet-friendly property is just 50 yards from The Ship Inn pub and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The house is well-equipped and ideal for walkers, cyclists, and visitors to nearby attractions such as RSPB Minsmere, Aldeburgh, and Southwold. The interior is beautifully presented with characterful features including brick fireplaces with wood-burners in the lounge and back snug.

The kitchen is equipped with timber units, beech worktops, and integrated appliances such as an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Additional amenities include a microwave, kettle, toaster, and more. The principal bedrooms offer coastal views, while the cottage is spread over 3 levels with the 4th bedroom accessed via wooden ladder-style steps and the other 3 bedrooms via a narrow spiral stairwell. Bedding and towels are provided, but guests should note that the house has steep spiral stairs that may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The cottage is located in Saxmundham, in a rural area near the beach. Local landmarks such as St Peter's Church, Wenhaston, and Halesworth Airfield Museum are nearby, with the natural beauty of Suffolk Coast and Heaths and RSPB Minsmere also within reach.
