Additional sleeping space can be found in the attic, with a twin bedroom and a small single room with a fold-out z-bed for an 8th guest. The house is conveniently located near a popular local pub, the Bucket of Blood, as well as Hayle town for shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities.
A short walk or drive from the house leads to a beautiful 3-mile-long sandy beach through private lanes and grassy dunes. The beach offers safe swimming conditions and is ideal for water sports like surfing and kiteboarding, with lifeguards present during the summer months. The house is perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall's stunning coastal walks, secluded beaches, National Trust properties, and other attractions like Paradise Park. Recent renovations and updates to the property include new bathrooms, sofas, patio, kitchen, fencing, and a boiler, ensuring a comfortable stay for families or adult groups looking to relax and unwind in this picturesque location.
Children can enjoy the secure lower lawn for playing, while adults can appreciate the well-maintained garden with a variety of blooming plants.
