The house is just a 5-minute walk from town beaches, a golf course, and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the area without needing to use a car. The open plan living area downstairs opens onto a South facing garden with outdoor sofas, patio, lawn, gas barbecue, and seating area, providing a comfortable space for relaxation.

The kitchen is well-equipped for 8 people, with a stainless steel dual fuel range oven, gorenji fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), and a large breakfast bar. Guests can also make use of the utility room with a washing machine, freezer, ironing board, and drying area, as well as the separate WC. The front garden includes a small allotment where guests are welcome to harvest produce during their stay. Towels and linen are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. The property has a Saturday changeover day, with check out by 9am and arrival from 2pm.
