The property is part of a seventy-acre farm where guests can interact with ponies, chickens, chinchillas, and other animals. The lodge is wheelchair friendly and ideal for those with limited mobility.

The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a garden room. The lodge features central heating, underfloor heating, and modern amenities such as electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is ample off-road parking available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge, and the property is non-smoking. The lodge is conveniently located near the A30, with shops, pubs, and beaches just a short drive away.
