The dining area offers a fantastic bay window overlooking the garden, with a wood burner and soft seating for relaxation. The conservatory provides a bright and sunny space with access to the garden, while the snug offers a Smart TV and games console for entertainment. The sleeping accommodation includes four bedrooms (one twin and three king size) all equipped with Smart TVs, as well as two bathrooms (one with a bath and separate shower, and one with a shower).
Outside, the property features a well-established garden with colorful plants, a lawn, and a patio area with garden furniture and a private hot tub. Guests can unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring Cornwall's coast and countryside. Private off-road parking is available for three cars with additional parking on the roadside, subject to availability.
