5 The Sands is a spacious detached house that has been meticulously designed with space and comfort in mind. The two bi-folding doors at the back of the property open up the whole rear into the luscious garden overflowing with charming plants, the delightful summerhouse which maximises your space even further, and the appeal of al fresco dining in the wonderful Cornish sunshine.
Entering through the front door you will find yourself welcomed by a beautifully furnished coastal theme, with the fantastically equipped and airy kitchen/dining/sitting area occupying most of the ground floor, and the fourth bedroom on the right-hand side of the property which has a day bed so can be conveniently used for extra space when not being slept in, whether as a snug room or a study. The shower room also resides on the ground floor boasting a large walk-in shower.
Follow the stairs to the first floor where you will find the three other bedrooms; the master bedroom housing a comfortable king-size bed along with an en-suite and walk-in shower, bedroom two provides you with a super-king bed that matches the subtle yet stylish furnishings, which can also be configured as a twin room on request and finally, bedroom three comes equipped with two sets of bunk beds for all the little ones to enjoy a good nights sleep.
Outside you have plenty of space to enjoy the Cornish air whether it be over a barbecue in the sunshine and a glass of wine or, a morning coffee setting you up for the days adventure.
Heading out for the day? Not a problem because you'll only be a few minutes' walk from the delightful coastal village of Polzeath, and it's extremely famous beach, brimming with surfers and surfing schools. After a long day at the beach you will find many impressive eateries serving up some of the best seafood Cornwall has to offer.
