Superb wide staircase leading to: Second Floor: Large double bedroom with magnificent dual-aspect views and window seat from which to enjoy them, one large twin bedroom and a third bedroom with three single beds followed by a shower room with large shower cubicle & WC. Exterior: Private garden immediately opposite the house and right on the water's edge with summerhouse, garden furniture and steps down to the beach below. Perfect for crabbing and launching kayaks. Facilities & Services Heating is via central heating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The first floor sitting area has a flatscreen TV & DVD player and Radio. There is an iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 2 cars off road behind the back garden.
