The chalet includes two bedrooms, a double room and a bunk bed room, as well as a small double sofa bed and an additional mattress in the bunk bed room for a small child if needed. A cot bed is also available for hire. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering, and there is a shower/bathroom in the chalet. While there is no washing machine in the chalet, laundry facilities are available on the Park Dean site. The chalet is located in a quiet square with a safe grassy area for children to play.

Guests can enjoy a range of activities both on-site and nearby, including kite surfing, wind surfing, golf, go-karting, lovely walks, train rides, and more. The Park Dean Resort offers a swimming pool complex with 3 pools, tennis courts, a children's play area, crazy golf, and a restaurant. Minimum booking requirements vary depending on the time of year, with a minimum of 6 nights during school summer holidays, 3 nights during half terms and Easter holidays, and 2 nights at other times.
