Situated right on the water's edge within the Malpas Marina, the house offers breathtaking views across the water to the Trelissick and Tregothnan Estates, making it the perfect escape for a family or friends getaway.

The open-plan living area on the ground floor is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring four sets of doors that open to balcony terraces and Juliet balconies, ensuring that the marina views are always in sight. The living area includes a wood burning stove, comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, a well-equipped kitchen, and a utility room. Underfloor heating keeps the ground floor cozy and inviting.

Upstairs, there are three generously sized and airy bedrooms. The king-sized bedroom has doors to a Juliet balcony with marina views and a large en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom with marina views and a twin room, both sharing a family bathroom with a bath over shower. Central heating keeps the first floor warm and comfortable.

Guests can enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony overlooking the marina, with a barbecue available for al fresco meals. Additional amenities include the option to bring three well-behaved dogs for a small charge, a sofa bed in the living area for two additional guests, and the availability of a cot and highchair upon request.
