The property includes three bedrooms, two double rooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a family room with two single beds. Linen, towels, and a travel cot are provided for guests' convenience.

Outside, there is private parking on the driveway and a new decking area with a dining table, chairs for six, and a BBQ. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary welcome book, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and Cornish biscuits. Trevanson House is located in the hamlet of Trevanson, near Wadebridge, offering a tranquil rural setting while being close to amenities and the natural beauty of North Cornwall. The house is finished to a high standard, providing everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

Trevanson is a quiet and secluded area, just a short drive from the stunning North Cornwall coastline. Wadebridge, a market town nearby, offers a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as supermarkets like Marks and Spencers, Tesco, Aldi, and B&M within a 2-minute drive. The Camel Trail, an 18-mile traffic-free multi-use trail following the river Camel, is easily accessible from Wadebridge, allowing guests to explore the spectacular countryside by bike. Nearby attractions include Padstow Museum, Cornwall's Regimental Museum, Camel Valley Vineyard, Eden Project, and Camel Creek Adventure Park, offering a range of activities such as water skiing, windsurfing, horse riding, and mountain biking.
