Designed with its coastal setting in mind, the Watch House features a sitting room on the first floor to maximize the spectacular views. The clapper board walls, Cornish stone exteriors, and coastal-inspired decor create a charming atmosphere throughout the house. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone, and the traditional elements such as exposed stone, wooden doors, oak floors, and a wood burning stove in the sitting room add to the cozy feel of the property.

The small yet well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, or guests can take advantage of the private gardens and barbecue outside. Just a two-minute stroll away is a sandy beach with rock pools, perfect for exploring. The quaint village of Coverack is also nearby, offering cafes, bistros, and an ice cream shop for guests to enjoy. Additionally, up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge, and a cot and highchair are available upon request for families with young children.
