The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. For families, a travel cot and highchair are provided. Outside, there is a glass balcony from the living area and a private courtyard with garden furniture and a boat dock. Parking for two cars is available, and the nearest beach and amenities are within walking distance.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi during their stay, and smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am.
