Ten Steps is a spacious three-story house located in the heart of Mousehole, Cornwall, capable of accommodating up to 6 guests. Situated in the center of Mousehole, the property features an open living space and generously sized bedrooms. Renovated with family entertainment in mind, the cottage includes a games room with a dart board and table tennis on the lower ground floor, as well as a 42” television in the living/dining area. Outside, there is a private garden with a patio area, although BBQs are not suitable in this space. The property has undergone refurbishment in 2018, including the installation of a high-pressure hot water system and a renovated upstairs bathroom.

The house offers 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 1 twin bed, all equipped with bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Bosch double oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional utilities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer are available on the lower ground floor. Families are catered to with a travel cot and highchair provided, though no linen is included. Two pets are allowed at an extra charge, and free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Guests can enjoy a private enclosed rear patio area with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The nearest beach and amenities are both just 0.2 miles away, and check-in is at 4pm with check-out at 10am. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. The property is located near Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Marazion Marsh, with attractions such as the National Dahlia Collection and Sennen Surfing Centre in the vicinity.
