Sunset View is a charming contemporary holiday home located in Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay, Cornwall, and can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area with a woodburning stove, and a garden with a hot tub, barbecue, and Scandinavian woodburning stove. With off-road parking for two cars, this modernised cottage is perfect for a seaside getaway with loved ones.
The amenities at Sunset View include gas central heating, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen, towels, fuel, and a starter pack are included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. The hot tub can accommodate 2-4 people at a time and can reach temperature in an hour. Please note that stag, hen, similar parties, or groups under 25 years are not allowed.
