Located right in the heart of Wadebridge, just a few moments walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Wadebridge, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard setting, this recently refurbished Georgian cottage is a delightful place to stay. Wadebridge is a fantastic base on this stretch of the north Cornwall coast as it is just a few miles from Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and the spectacular north Cornish coast. The golden sand beaches at Polzeath and Daymer Bay are perfect for families. Spring Gardens Cottage itself is located next door to the Owners' bed and breakfast property in a courtyard setting. The courtyard is shared with the Owners' property although there is a separate area for the cottage. The cottage has been fully refurbished and retains a huge amount of character including a wonderful huge fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. There is also gas central heating to keep you warm in the winter months. The property is presented to high standards by the Owners throughout. Accommodation Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen / dining area, leading to the sitting room. First Floor: Two good sized double bedrooms (both with 4'6" beds) and a further twin bedroom. There is a family shower room with WC. Exterior: Shared patio garden area with external furniture & BBQ facilities. Although the patio is shared with the owners, guests have full use of the whole patio area. Please be aware the property owner has cats, which may enter the garden. Facilities & Services Heating is via gas central heating and the wood burning stove. The modern fitted kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven & hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, & washing machine. The sitting room area has a flatscreen TV with Freeview & DVD player.
