Upstairs, there is a separate sitting room with a Smart TV/DVD, a family bathroom, a twin bedroom, a master bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom and Juliette balcony, and a double bedroom. Private covered parking for 2 cars is available, and Boscawen Park with play facilities and sports amenities is just a short walk away.

Truro city center is easily accessible by a 10-15 minute walk along the river, while the charming fishing village of Malpas is also within walking distance. The house is available for weekly stays during school holidays, with all bed linens, towels, cleaning, and welcome items included in the price. Unfortunately, dogs are not accepted, but a travel cot is available (bring your own linens).
