The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a dining table and comfortable seating. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a king-size bed with en-suite, a double bed, and a single bed with a trundle bed. The family shower room is well-equipped with modern amenities.

Porthia is located near the RSBP nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and Porthkidney beach, offering plenty of outdoor activities.
