This quirky property sleeps up to 6 guests across three floors, with 3 bedrooms including a Super Kingsize bed, single beds, and bunk beds. The cottage features an open fire and is tucked away from the town's busy streets, yet everything is within walking distance, including the train station for those who prefer not to use a car. The long sandy beach and South West Coast Path are just a short stroll away, making it an ideal location for exploring the area.

The property offers amenities such as bed linen and towels, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances like an electric oven and gas hob, as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Families with young children are catered for with a travel cot, highchair, and stair gate, although guests must bring their own cot linen. While there is no outside space, the beach and harbour are nearby, and a reserved parking space at the seafront car park is provided just a 2-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises.
