Situated near the slipway at Caffa Mill, Penvorder offers good quality accommodation and is just a 5-minute walk from the town center, with its shops, pubs, restaurants, and quays.

The house is set across three levels, with 15 steps leading up to the entrance area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washer/dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the property with outdoor seating and storage space.

While there is no private parking at the property, guests can park at the nearest public car park by the Bodinnick Ferry at Caffa Mill. Weekly car parking tickets can be purchased, and it is possible to offload outside the property, although the streets can be narrow and busy. Family facilities such as a travel cot, high chair, and stairgate are available on request, and pets are not allowed. The house has gas central heating, electricity included, and WiFi provided.
