Guests can enjoy the fantastic sea views from the living room and bedroom, as well as from the private enclosed garden at the rear of the house. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. Special features of Ivy House include its beachfront location, Wi-Fi access, and included extras such as an iron, hairdryer, high chair, and travel cot.
Please note that Ivy House does not have allocated parking, but free parking is available further down Beach Road on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, access to the seating area in the rear garden is via steep steps. The property is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk to town and Crescent Gardens, making it an ideal base for exploring the South West of England.
