Homestead Cottage is a newly renovated traditional stone cottage located in Higher Bal, Cornwall, overlooking the sea with stunning views of St Agnes Head. The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with two double beds and bunk beds in the smallest room. The rear master bedroom offers beautiful sea views, while folding glazed doors from the kitchen provide access to a private garden with patio. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and the lounge features two sofas around a wood burner.

The cottage is situated in a small hamlet at the edge of St Agnes village, surrounded by mine buildings such as the Wheal Coates Mine, offering great opportunities for walking and enjoying the picturesque views. Nearby sandy beaches at Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth provide opportunities for exploring rock pools and caves. Families are well catered for with amenities such as a travel cot, high chair, and children's kitchen crockery and cutlery available.

Guests have complete access to the entire property, including the private lawed garden with garden furniture. Parking is available outside the property, and the cottage is within walking distance of the coast and St Agnes village.
