The cottage includes amenities such as an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, soundbar, and free WiFi. Families are catered to with a travel cot and highchair provided, although cot linen is not included. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs, and parking is available for one small to medium-sized car in front of the house. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of £25 per week, and the property is not suitable for smoking.

Guests should be aware that the property is set over three floors, with a steep open staircase that has no railing, so caution is advised.
