The cottage boasts an open fire and is conveniently located near the coast, making it an ideal vacation spot.
Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a hallway with a coats area and under stairs cupboard. The well-equipped kitchen is to the right, leading to a spacious dining room with an additional sofa. A step down from the dining room takes you to a cozy sitting room with a comfortable lounge suite and an attractive open fireplace. A door from the dining room leads to a beautiful sunken patio with a lily pond containing goldfish.
The first floor of the cottage features two bedrooms with hand basins - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. A bathroom with a vanity basin and shower over the bath is also on this level. The large king-size double bedroom on the first floor overlooks the patio and extensive gardens and has an en-suite W.C. and hand basin. Outside, there is a brick BBQ for exclusive use and parking for one car with additional spaces available upon request.
This vacation home is conveniently located near the beach in Truro, with attractions like Perranporth Golf Club and Holywell Bay Fun Park nearby. Guests can explore the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Tehidy Country Park, or enjoy a night out at Gwennap Pit. Families traveling with children can visit Lappa Valley Steam Railway for a fun day out.
