Polperro is 5 miles away, and Looe is about 9 miles from the property.

The house features a Mediterranean-style garden with an uneven paved patio and decked area surrounded by flowerbeds, shrubs, and tall grasses. The garden offers views of the village, countryside, and sea in the distance, but it is not enclosed, and there is an unguarded drop down to the road below. Garden furniture is provided, but children will need to be supervised in the garden due to the drop. The property does not accept pets, and a £150 returnable security deposit is required. The house accommodates a maximum of 6 people plus 1 infant, and a loyalty discount is available if no other offers apply.
