This really is both the perfect romantic hideaway for two or holiday home for the whole family. Accommodation Ground Floor Split level: Sitting room with L-shaped open plan kitchen, dining area. Downstairs leading to master double bedroom with night storage heater. First Floor: Twin bedroom leading off the half landing, family bathroom with bath and separate shower & WC and second twin bedroom. Exterior: Roof terrace with external table & chairs and BBQ facilities. Facilities & Services Heating is via central underfloor heating on the ground floor and the imitation wood burning stove. There are two plug-in oil-filled heaters for the twin bedrooms. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is a range cooker, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Freeview TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Up to 2 small well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of £40 per dog / per week. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.
