Condurrow is a charming period farm cottage located in Manaccan, Helston, Cornwall, in the South West of England. The cottage, dating back to 1705, has been fully modernized inside while retaining its character and charm, with original beamed ceilings and wood-burning stoves. Situated close to the Helford River and within a short drive of St Anthony and Gillan creek, it offers easy access to coastal footpaths, beaches, and villages with essential supplies. The spacious half-acre garden is well-equipped with teak furniture, a BBQ, and is ideal for children to play in.

The cottage features a comfortable living room with a wood burner, TV, DVD player, radio, and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a dining room with an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen seats six and is warmed by an oil-fired Rayburn in winter. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities and a downstairs toilet and shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with views of the garden and river. Linens are provided, and amenities such as a cot and high chair are available. Dogs are welcome but should be kept off furniture and upstairs.

Condurrow is an ideal base for exploring the Helford River, nearby beaches, and gardens in the area. Visitors can take a ferry to Helford Passage to visit Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens, or explore the sandy beaches of Kennack Sands and the Lizard Peninsula. The village of Porthleven offers a variety of dining options, while coastal walks and attractions such as St. Michaels Mount are within easy reach. The cottage is available for bookings in early October and the New Year, offering a peaceful and rural retreat in picturesque Cornwall.
