Cannis is an elegant four-storey property situated on the edge of the picturesque River Fowey in Cornwall. Renovated to a high standard, the house features quality furnishings and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. With stunning views across the estuary, stretching from Pont to Polruan and out to sea, Cannis provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. Fowey, a charming fishing town with multicoloured houses cascading down to the river, offers a range of independent shops, cafes, and pubs for visitors to explore.

The property sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, including two king beds and one twin bed. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the kitchen is equipped with electric oven, induction hob, coffee machines, dishwasher, and more. The house is set over four floors, with a small balcony on the first floor and an enclosed terrace with direct river frontage. Parking is available in a garage 10 minutes away, and the nearest beach and amenities are within walking distance.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi, gas and electricity included, gas central heating, and underfloor heating throughout the property. However, Cannis is not suitable for children under 8 due to its waterfront location. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited.
